Specialised translators

Providing quality translations depends on having specialised translators one can call on. With this in mind, Mercury has selected a team of professionals with a wealth of experience in the patents field.

On request, we can supply the CVs of the translators who work for us.

Quality assurance

Three stages of checking are built into our quality assurance procedure. The work is checked by:

• The translator
• An in-house reviser
• An external reviser (an expert in the field)

On request, we can let you have a copy of the guidelines governing our Quality System.

Confidentiality

Patents are sensitive documents. For this reasons, we have concluded non-disclosure agreements with the people who work for us.
Moreover, our IT infrastructure is protected by security systems which ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the data concerned (see Confidentiality page).

On request, we can let you have a copies of non-disclosure agreements and the guidelines governing our IT security systems.
