Q. What will you do to ensure the confidentiality of my documents?

A. All our employees/associates sign a non-disclosure agreement, which commits them to never divulging any confidential information.
Where the protection of computerized data is concerned, we have a professional computer security facility which is constantly monitored and updated (see page devoted to data security).

PRICES 

Q. Why are your prices higher than the average?

A. For various reasons:

• We use the best translators available;
• We work exclusively with translators resident in their country of origin;
• Our translations are re-read and revised no fewer than 3 times (translator, in-house quality controller, external reviser).

Q. What criteria do you use in selecting your translators?

A. They have to be professional translators resident in their country of origin.

Q. Do you carry quality certification?

A. Our in-house procedures conform to the guidelines set out in standards ISO 9001:2000 and EN 15038. Our objective for 2007 is to have our procedures certified in accordance with standard ISO 9001:2000.

Q. Is your organization a member of a national trade association?

A. We have been a member of Federcentri (the largest association of Italian translation companies) since 2005.

TECHNOLOGY

Q. What pagination software tools do you use?

A. We use the most common ones: FrameMaker, InDesign, XPress.

Q. What computer aided translation tools do you use?
A. Déjà-vu, Heartsome, Trados and Transit.
